• Get instant access to the sellers forms to complete whilst we obtain and review the legal title to your property.

Step 2 – Market your Property

• List your property for sale with your chosen estate agent.
• Let them know that you have a Sale-Ready Legal Pack – which contains all the legal information they need.

Step 3 – Sell your Property

• Let us know once you have accepted an offer from a buyer and your legal pack will be sent to your buyer’s conveyancer.

The buyers conveyancer will then carry out their legal checks and investigations – our comprehensive packs keep any enquiries they may raise to a minimum, shaving weeks off the normal conveyancing timescale and freeing up the conveyancer’s time to focus on the transactional elements of the process – such as financial and completion arrangements.
